All TideBound products are made to order and typically require processing time before shipment. Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days, though processing times may vary during busy periods, holidays, or due to product availability.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates and begin after your order has been processed.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. TideBound is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays may occur that are outside of our control. If your tracking information shows an issue with your shipment, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages depending on where the products are fulfilled.
