Orders placed through TideBound are sent into production shortly after purchase. Because our products are made to order, cancellations or changes may not be possible once an order has entered production.

If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once production has begun.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we will work with you to make it right.
